Draft. This text describes how the service is designed to work and must be reviewed by a lawyer before the public launch.
Who we are
Ads_Analytic is published by BrainTech (France). You can reach us at the address at the bottom of this page.
What we process
Account data: your email address, name, language and sign-in method.
Connected-account data: when you connect Google Ads, Google Play, Firebase or Apple services, we read aggregated figures such as spend, installs, ratings, crash rates, revenue and campaign settings. We store access tokens encrypted.
We do not collect personal data about the people who use your app.
Why we process it
To provide the service you asked for: dashboards, forecasts, simulations, alerts, and campaign changes that you approve. To secure the service and prevent abuse. To bill paid plans.
Who receives it
Our hosting providers, payment processor (Stripe, for paid plans), and AI providers used to write explanations. Questions to the assistant are processed by our own language model first, and by OpenAI only as a fallback, with the data reduced to what is needed and identifiers replaced. Numbers shown to you are computed by our own statistical models, not by an AI provider.
Anonymous benchmark figures are shared with other customers only if you opt in, and only when at least five apps contribute to a figure.
Google data
Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
Account and connected-account data are kept while your account is open and deleted when you delete your account, apart from what the law requires us to keep. Audit logs of campaign changes are kept without your identity once your account is deleted.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw any connection, and withdraw your benchmark consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
